Spring Rolls


Rice Paper
Lemon Balm
Thai Basil
Shredded Carrots
Sliced Cucumber
Shrimp, Tofu, Chicken, More Veggies
Cooked Vermicelli Noodles
Squeeze of Lime Juice
Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping


Cook the Vermicelli Noodles in boiling water for about 5 mins until soft but not "mushy."

Dunk your sheets of rice paper in a dish of warm water until softened. Spread on a cutting board or plate and fill each spring roll with desired fillings. Roll up and serve with Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.
